Assembly Instructions
The model number describes the size of the tray,
i.e. The tray size of an MR3248 is 32” deep and
48” wide.
Important
Promptly inspect the entire contents for damage
and completeness. If there is any damage you must promptly
notify the carrier and file a claim. Report any shortages
to Saturn Rack Co. within one month of receipt.

1.Mount each caster to the base with
4 10-32x1/2" (medium size) screws, lockwashers
and nuts.
2.Mount the upright to the base using
4 1/4-20x1/2" (large size) screws, lockwashers
and nuts. The slots in the upright should face the long
end of the base.
3.Install trays starting from the top
and working down. Attach two Rubber Tray Spacers to
the outside (rounded) corner of a tray. With the small
wires on top of the tray, insert the tray into the back
of the slot so the tray is in the up position.
4.Repeat step 3 with the remaining
39 trays. Make sure the Rubber Tray Spacers align directly
over each other forming a vertical line.
5.Attach the Retaining Strip on each
side of the Upright with 16 6-32x3/16" (small size)
Type F self tapping screws.
Double Tensor

Assembly of the Double Tensor
-18, is basically the same as described above. The upright
is mounted in the middle of the base. Trays are then
mounted to both sides of the upright. The Retaining
Bracket is mounted on the outside of the Upright to
hold the trays in place.
