1. Attach 2 piece Clamping Plates to Top and Bottom Clamping Adjustment Brackets. Put the bolt through the larger Clamping Plate, the smaller clamping Plate then the Clamping Adjustment Bracket as shown in figure 1.

2. Slide the Top Angle through the Clamping Plates on the Top clamping Adjustment Bracket. Set the assembly 2-1/2" longer than the screen width.

3. Slide the Bottom Angle with Integral Caster Plate through the Clamping Plates on the Bottom Clamping Adjustment Bracket. Set the assembly 2-1/2" longer than the screen width.

4. Attach the casters to the Bottom Assemblies. Run the bolts through the caster plates then into the brackets place the nut on top. This keeps the threads from the bolts from interfering with the caster movement.

5. You may want to put a caster with a brake on the same opening.

6. Position two Racker sides facing each other. Make sure the top and bottom are going the same way.

7. Attach one set of Top Assembly Brackets to each Racker side.

8. Attach one set of Bottom Assembly Brackets to each Racker side.

9. True the Racker over and attach the Top and Bottom Assembly Brackets.

10. With the Racker still on it's side, check the width by placing a screen frame in at the top and bottom. Adjust the width as necessary (see Width Adjusting section).

11. After all the brackets are attached and finger tight, stand the unit upright, on the casters. Go around tightening the nuts and bolts on two passes. The first pass slightly tighten the nuts and bolts. On the second pass make them as tight as possible.

To change the width: Place the Racker on it's side. Loosen the four Clamping Plates. Move the sides to the desired width. Use a screen frame to make the measure. Allow for a little "play". Tighten each Clamping Plate part way when adjusted. After all four Clamping Plates have been set, stand the unit up right and fully tighten all four nuts and bolts.
