Tray Adjustments

If the trays will not stay up or down it is because the bolts holding the Floating Bar are at the top of the mounting slots. To correct this problem perform the following:

1.Loosen the bolts moving the Floating Bar towrds the front of the rack. Position the bolt so a few threads are through the welded lug nut in the Floating Bar.

2.Lower the bolts to the bottom of the slot.

3.On the top pair of Floating Bars (and 10 trays) rotate the bolts clockwise (tightening) a revolution or two and check the trays to see that they stay in position. Repeat untill the tray stay in position.

4.When the trays are in position, tighten the locking nut on the inside of the upright flange.

5.Tighten the rest of the bolts on the remaining Floating Bars aligning those Floating Bars directly under the top bar.
